Rush Service helps expedite diagnostics and repair when available. This does not guarantee same-day or next-day turnaround, but ensures your unit is prioritized in the repair queue.

Repair Agreement & Liability Waiver

By checking out, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  1. Bench Fee – An $89 non-refundable diagnostic fee applies to the first item. Each additional item submitted will incur a $59 diagnostic fee. All fees are due upfront and applied toward the repair cost if you choose to proceed.

  2. Repair Approval – No repairs beyond diagnostics will be performed without your prior approval of parts and labor.

  3. Shipping – You are fully responsible for all shipping costs to and from K-Tronix. Shipping charges will be calculated after the repair and invoiced accordingly. You are responsible for safe and proper packaging to protect the device in transit.

  4. Liability – K-Tronix is not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing damage, hidden faults, or prior repair work.

    • Damage during shipping or transit.

    • Loss of use, incidental damages, or costs outside the repair itself.

  5. Completion & Unclaimed Items – This agreement remains in effect until the repair is completed and paid in full. Unclaimed items after 30 days of completion notice may incur storage fees or be considered abandoned.

  6. Warranty – A limited warranty applies only to the specific repair performed (parts and labor). No warranty is provided on unrelated components or overall device longevity.

Shipping Disclaimer
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from K-Tronix. Shipping charges will be calculated after the repair is completed and billed accordingly. Proper packaging is the responsibility of the customer to ensure safe transit of all items.
